2015 FBA Season/14.12.27/BAL@SEA/Capsule
The first three quarters has the Summit maintaining their lead ahead of the Spirits. The Summit's Point Guard Jeri Naranjo (Cacomistle, G) has made her past Samantha Anderson (Bunny, G) and scored throughout the game. It was tough for Anderson to keep the camomistle at bay. There were a couple fierce battles between the two teams especially the Small Forwards and the Power Forwards. Evan Marshall (Helmeted Woodpecker, F) and Brax Trenor (Grey Hare, F). The grey hare did whatever he could against Marshall but the woodpecker had the advantage of outmaneuvering Trenor for 15 points.
However, the biggest surprise in this game had to be between Theodore Rockwell (Wolf/Cheetah Hybrid, F) and Jake Turner (Red Fox, C/F). These two players met at the combine and are totally at the opposite ends of the spectrum. Turner is the mother of the legend Vicki Turner and Rockwell didn't have a prestigious background. However, they played on equal terms in this game. I was impressed by their performance.
The Spirits rekindled their spirits as they played their hardest to keep the lead to a minimum. The Summit, however, proved worthy under Coach Sherman's leadership and Vicki Turner's supervision. However, all players played well and exchanged high-fives between each other.
This was a hard fought battle, folks. Never underestimate the Spirits. They have been proven strong this season.
