Biography
Marny was trouble as a kid. She liked to climb, and was far too good at getting away from those watching her. At the age of 7 she made the local news when, after slipping away from her babysitter, she scaled the side of an apartment building, causing several people living in the building to call 911. The young chipmunk was completely unconcerned, even as police created a permiter below her, the fire department began coordinating a rescue effort, and several local news crews showed up.
Needless to say, the babysitter never worked in Brooklyn again.
After the incident, her parents started putting her into sports in an attempt to tire her out. The one that stuck was basketball. Marny became known for her agility and incredible vertical leap. Her skills made her a star player on her high school team, and she was able to coast into university on a comfortable sports scholarship.
