Biography

Leeloo, the free spirited Borzoi, came from Chattanooga, Tennessee. He spent most of his time as a young pup outside, enjoying nature. He was also very sociable with people as Leeloo fed from the energy of connecting from person to person. One way that he loved to interact with people was Basketball, as the sport was very popular in his area where he lived and the local outdoor courts were the perfect meeting spot for such activities. As his presence lingered, he soon would become a local celebrity of some sort, but also his skills in basketball grew further. While he was still deeply interested in his outdooring ventures (would later join Vanderbarn University and study wildlife preservation to further become a wildlife veterinarian) he stayed connected and grew fondness for the basketball, as he viewed it as a great way to bring people together.

Leelo would end up enrolling at Vanderbarn University in Nashville, Tennessee. Under the solid and successful program, the borzoi has developed into a solid and relentless rebounder under the basket, with a keen passing game. He mostly honed his craft as depth, as by the time he was in Vandy, the lineup was stacked with players such as Brandy Johansson, Fergie Dunbroch, Zylo Graves and Carly Briggs. Between 2023 and 2025, Hermanson managed to average a double double from the sixth fur spot and get a few starts. He was an essential part of the team success in 2024 into winning the National title and finally scoring a win for the FCAA in the 2024 College classic in beating CFIS champion Eastern Ontario. Leeloo finally got a prominent starting role in his senior year and would manage to keep the team competitive along the key players on Vanderbarn, but would fall short in defending the National title, defeated in the Elite 8 by eventual champions Syella University. Upon earning his degree, he decided to make the fun last a little longer, as he would declare for the 2025 FBA draft, in hope to connect with more people and reunite with fellow Vendy alums over the big league.

Leeloo is known to be working part time over the summer as a vet to many surrounding animal wildlife shelters in the Chattanooga area. He also likes participating in summer camps with kids, bringing animals for them to see. He is also known to enjoy naturism, and has his own little “place of paradise” with a lodge in a forest near Chattanooga.
