[[Standings]] are the listing of teams in order from best performing to worst performing. Standings are updated every game night throughout the regular season. They determine which teams move on to the post-season, and the seeding of the teams throughout the playoffs.

To order the teams from best to worst performing, eight statistics are tracked.

'''League record''' is the number of wins and number of losses a team has had over the course of the season. This includes every game against every opponent.

'''Conference record''' is the number of wins and number of losses a team has had over the course of the season when only looking at games played against other teams in the same conference.

'''Divisional record''' is the number of wins and number of losses a team has had over the course of the season when only looking at games played against other teams in the same division.

'''Home record''' is the number of wins and number of losses a team has had over the course of the season when only looking at games played on their home court.

Once League, Conference, Divisional, and Home records have been calculated, it is possible to create a complete set of Standings. Conference and Divisional standings each use only the teams in that group to determine best to worst, though each will use the same formula. To determine the team highest ranked in a standings chart, that team would be:

* The team with the most league wins.
* The team with the fewest league losses.
* The team with the most conference wins.
* The team with the fewest conference losses.
* The team with the most divisional wins.
* The team with the fewest divisional losses.
* The team with the most home wins.
* The team with the fewest home losses.

In the event of a tie after going through all the criteria, the standings order is determined by using the reverse order of the final standings as they were during the previous season, with new teams assumed to be at the bottom.
