Biography
What is to say about Tex Adriano, a goofball? A free spirit? A rebel without a cause? He has a little bit of everything all in a neat package with one wicked mustache. But he is also a pretty damn good baller.
Born and raised in the great city of New York, Tex Adriano has been known around the block as one of the best streetballers around NYC. An extraordinary ball handler, off-balanced shooter and showman, “The stach” most infamous feat was at the end of a big basketball tournament at Rucker Park, where the winner won a jackpot of 1 million dollars. Tex did not participate due to outside commitments, but the actual winner started to be too arrogant for his own good. While being there, Tex took offense to that and challenged him to a 1on1 where if Tex won he had to split his earnings with the runner up. Tex then proceeded to take him to school, winning 21-4. While the “winner” was humiliated, he barked back at Tex saying he was “ Nothing but a bum, that never gets to do anything in his life”. While that was insignificant to many, it stuck with Tex. While he was a loud personality himself, he had some ambition and big goals for him, like getting to the FBA, but he always felt that the FBA was too much of a gap to reach for someone like him.
Things suddenly would turn for the better. Tex would usually hang out with other basketball players off campus at Templeton University. It was there that he formed a friendship with two of Templeton recent graduates to the FBA: Jack Baker and Zachary Cooper. It was thanks to their words and encouragement before they left College that Tex got the nudge he needed to get where he wanted. He would then give it a shot and managed to gain entry to Templeton University thanks to one of his other passions; graffiti art. True to his street culture, His talent with the spray can is just as expressive and driven then his work with a basketball.
Adapting to college play was a challenge at first, as his character proved to stand out alot in a struggling college program. But soon enough, Tex’s talent shine and his amazing play and style was the talk of the campus. His confidence further boosted, Tex made the decision he wanted to do for a long time: Declare to the FBA draft after his first year. Will the league be ready for the “Stach” only time will tell with such a diamond in a rough.
